RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless your item is faulty.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
It must also be in the original packaging
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
Intimate or hygiene products (if opened)
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products (once accessed)
Certain health and personal care items
PARTIAL REFUNDS (WHERE APPLICABLE)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
Items showing obvious signs of use
Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, video games, etc.)
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Items returned after the 14-day return period (at our discretion)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed within 14 days
A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
Shipping costs are non-refundable
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
