Returns and refunds — Amourish
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Contact amoorish@nbyapp.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send items to the manufacturer or a registered office without confirming the return destination.
Change-of-mind returns
For our voluntary 30-day policy, items should be unused, in their original condition, with tags and original packaging where supplied. Please provide proof of purchase. You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return unless we agree otherwise. Keep proof of postage.
Your statutory cancellation rights
For most UK online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason, and then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. The voluntary conditions above do not limit these rights. A deduction may apply for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions
Statutory cancellation exceptions may apply to personalised goods, perishable goods, and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Please contact us about your item. Sale items retain the same statutory rights as full-price items. Nothing in these exceptions removes your rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. We will arrange the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return postage where required. Your statutory rights are unaffected by our voluntary return window.
Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method. For statutory cancellations, we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Where applicable, this includes the standard outbound delivery cost; an upgrade above standard delivery need not be refunded. Other accepted returns are refunded within 14 days of receipt. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit.
These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your order.
